In recognition of Military Appreciation Month, starting on May 1, 2019, Ahipoki will host a fundraiser at all twenty-six locations across Arizona and California. Customers can donate $1 or any amount at the register that will benefit the Infinite Hero Foundation. Those who donate will receive the instant gratification of signing an Infinite Hero Shield and displaying it proudly within the restaurant.
The Infinite Hero Foundation focuses on programs that assist veterans with physical rehabilitation, leadership development, suicide prevention, brain health and family support. They fund programs that drive innovation and the accessibility of effective treatments for active duty and veterans dealing with service-related mental and physical injuries.
Money raised from May 1 through May 31, 2019 will help support Infinite Hero’s ongoing programs that deal with activity duty and veterans with service-related mental and physical injuries.
“May is National Military Month and we wanted to partner with a non-profit focused on the mission of assisting military veterans, families and some of the many struggles they encounter”, said Jason Jantzen, Managing Partner of Ahipoki. “The Infinite Hero Foundation is an outstanding non-profit focusing on doing exactly that.”
“We are so grateful for the partnership between Ahipoki and Infinite Hero; the funds and awareness raised through this campaign will directly support our efforts to marshal the resources of technology, community, medical research and mental health care to foster collaborative innovation and affect positive change for our military heroes in need”, said Courtney Janes, Executive Director of Infinite Hero Foundation.
In addition, Ahipoki will also offer all military personnel, active and veterans, 50% off any poke bowl on Tuesday, May 21 at all locations throughout California and Arizona.

The Ahipoki concept was born out of the desire of a restaurant group wanting to bring a much needed health-conscious California inspired seafood restaurant with a south pacific flair to its customers. Health conscious poke bowl lovers can sit down and relax in a laid-back atmosphere all while enjoying the fusion of Japanese and Hawaiian flavors coupled with a fresh fish experience normally found outside of a quick serve restaurant.
