HOW WE HELPED
In 2019, Infinite Hero granted $25,000 in funding to the New Pathways (NP) program. NP is a suicide prevention program based on problem-solving therapy (PST), an intervention scientifically demonstrated to be effective in reducing depression and suicide risk. PST trains practical skills aimed at coping effectively with significant life stressors associated with suicide risk, overcoming feelings of hopelessness, and managing strong negative emotions.
