Courtney Janes joined the Infinite Hero Foundation in January 2019 after leading global operations at the Arbonne Charitable Foundation™(ACF). During her tenure at the ACF, Janes laid the groundwork for international expansion of the organization, which resulted in establishing the foundation in four countries. Prior to leading the ACF, she worked as the Executive Director at the Muscular Dystrophy Association where she managed all day-to-day operations, developed and executed strategic fundraising initiatives, planned events and oversaw numerous turnkey programs.
In addition, Courtney has extensive professional experience in the private sector, where she specialized in marketing and events management. Janes’ skills contributed to the success of operations at well-respected organizations such as Orange County’s Pacific Symphony, Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club and Hornblower Cruises and Events. She also holds a Bachelors’ degree from the University of San Diego.
Courtney has dedicated herself and her career to making a positive impact in the lives of others and in communities across the globe. She has enjoyed a strong and lifelong bond with the military. Janes’ father and grandfather proudly served their country. Many of her close friends and family members — including her brother-in-law —are veterans and others are actively serving. She has a deep respect and heartfelt connection to the military community and is honored to be of service to our heroes by furthering the mission of the IHF. Janes is proudly committed to serving and supporting veterans and their families.
