About All Eagles Oscar
The specific purpose of All Eagles Oscar is the distribution of funds, by the foundation, to help provide physical and mental relief to our veterans, active duty service members, and their families suffering from the many combat related afflictions. In furtherance of this purpose, our goal is to help fund the most progressive, innovative, and evidence-based treatments available.

How We Helped
In 2017, All Eagles Oscar received $100,000 to fund brain treatment research and rehabilitation
programs at The Brain Treatment Center (BTC) in Newport Beach and San Diego, California
and physical rehabilitation through Virginia High Performance, among other centers.
All Eagles Oscar was granted an additional $100,000 in 2019 to continue funding the BTC in an
ongoing effort to provide innovative treatment (MeRT) for a variety of neurological disorders.
The BTC aims to address many of the most challenging aspects of PTS/TBI by targeting
underlying physiological abnormalities in the brain. The BTC has successfully improved
PTS/TBI symptoms with regards to sleep, substance abuse, mood control, hyper vigilance, and
cognitive agility.
