Warrior Wellness Solutions (WWS) is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization providing personalized Functional Medicine Health Coaching, Rehabilitative and Adaptive Exercise, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Resiliency training, and wellness education to Wounded, Ill and Injured Warriors, their families, and caregivers. Our programs are tailored to veterans and service members who incurred a physical or mental injury, illnesses or wound co-incident to their military service.
HOW WE HELPED
Infinite Hero is proud to partner with Warrior Wellness Solutions through a $99,840 grant for the Warrior Wellness Solutions – Functional Medicine Intervention for War-related Chronic Multi-symptom Illness program.
This 12-month program serves Veterans of the Global War on Terror with medically unexpected or difficult-to-diagnose conditions stemming from deployment related toxic exposures. Veterans who served in the Gulf War, including the more recent conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan, experience chronic multi-symptomatic illnesses (CMI) also known as Gulf War Illness (GWI). The program is a comprehensive, multimodal and integrative functional medicine model, in concert with rehabilitative exercise coaching and portable equipment, resiliency and brain health coaching, inclusive of selective non-invasive functional medicine tests, computerized health and wellness and cognitive assessments; selected nutritional supplementation, follow-up monitoring assessments that are personalized to twelve (12) Veterans who suffer from deployment-related Chronic Multi-symptom Illness (CMI) and their twelve (12) Caregivers.
