As the visionary founder of Infinite Hero Foundation, Colin Baden has been a driving force behind the organization’s mission since its inception in 2012. Serving as Board President for nearly 14 years, Colin’s leadership shaped Infinite Hero into a nationally recognized force for innovation in veteran care—funding groundbreaking programs that restore hope, recovery, and purpose to those who serve. His belief in the power of action and innovation has guided the Foundation’s evolution and inspired countless partners, supporters, and grantees.
In October 2025, Colin transitioned from his role as Board President to continue his service as a member of Infinite Hero’s esteemed Grant Committee. In this new capacity, he remains deeply engaged—lending his insight, creativity, and leadership wherever needed to advance Infinite Hero’s mission.
Colin’s career reflects the same spirit of innovation and purpose. A product and design leader, he began his relationship with Oakley in the early 1990s, eventually serving as the company’s President and CEO. He is now Principal Consultant at One Icon Design, advising on product and innovation strategy.
Beyond his professional achievements, Colin has been a passionate advocate for community and youth development. He is a Founding Legacy Partner of the Irvine Public Schools Foundation, a Founding Society Member of Team Kids, and an active supporter of organizations including Wounded Warriors Scuba Diving Program, Human Options, The Illumination Foundation, Orangewood Foundation, Working Wardrobes, and the Irvine Korean Parents Association.
