Philip J. Rizzo is the Chief Executive Officer for Liberty Military Housing and is responsible for the overall management and daily operations for the 36,000 home portfolio.
Philip joined LMH after previously overseeing the operations for a residential portfolio of $2.8 billion in California and Hawaii. As a former soldier and the son of an officer, Philip is committed to serving the men, women, and families that Liberty Military Housing is privileged enough to call our residents.
Initially serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the USAR, Philip then completed advanced training at Fort Sill Field Artillery Training Center and joined the 1st Battalion, 12th FA Regiment, part of the 17th FA Brigade. After leaving active duty, Philip completed his BA in Economics, before earning his MBA from UCLA. Philip dedicates time to volunteering as a mentor for the Orangewood Foundation: Foster and Youth Community Services and Ranch Maintenance at St. Joseph Priory. Philip has five children, one grandson and lives in California with his wife of 28 years.
