1957 – 2025
Captain Thomas E. Davin was a founding member of the Infinite Hero Foundation Board, serving with steadfast commitment since the organization’s launch in 2012. From day one, Tom played a pivotal role in shaping Infinite Hero’s mission—guiding strategy, championing innovation, and expanding the Foundation’s reach to improve the lives of veterans and their families. His vision and leadership helped lay the foundation for Infinite Hero’s enduring impact within the veteran and military community.
A former U.S. Marine Corps infantry and reconnaissance officer, Tom embodied the spirit of service that defines Infinite Hero. He also brought decades of leadership experience from his roles as Co-CEO of Black Rifle Coffee Company, CEO of 5.11, Inc., and senior executive positions at Panda Restaurant Group, Brentwood Associates, PepsiCo, and Taco Bell Corp.
A graduate of Harvard Business School (MBA with Distinction) and Duke University (BA, Magna Cum Laude), Tom was not only a remarkable leader but also a devoted family man—loving husband to Molly and proud father of three daughters. His legacy of service, leadership, and heart continues to guide Infinite Hero’s mission today.
